Importing AAFs to Nuendo
The AAF importing in Nuendo is a little picky and some AAF's fail to import. Steinberg will probably blame Resolve and Blackmagic will probably blame Steinberg for this. But many times it shows a message like this, and then imports nothing at all:

For larger/complex files you can import them into ProTools and them export a new AAF using ProTools. But for smaller AAF files it is usually easier to open them with Resolve and export all layers to separate wav files.
1) Create a new project in Resolve
2) Go to file > import > timeline and import the AAF
- [optionally] select all clips and go to edit > remove attributes to remove all fades etc
- [optionally] move the start point of the clips earlier and the end later, and/or move them to a separate tracks so that you have some handles.
3) Go to deliver (shift + 8), select Audio Only in the left top and go to the Audio tab
- enter a filename and select a folder
- render "single clip"
- select "All timeline tracks" (next to "Output Track 1")
- [optionally] check "Render one track per channel" if you want stereo tracks to be exported as 2 single mono tracks
- Click "Add to Render Queue"

6) Click "Rendel All" in the render queue at the top right
